The final rendering is just an image. Can you make 3d animation with an image? If you use the image as a texture on a cube and rotate the cube it will be a 3d animation with your image, but I doubt this is what you want.

Absolutely! In mechanical engineering, we do this all the time for client presentations or assembly walk-throughs. You can render out individual frames (as a sequence of high-resolution PNGs or JPEGs) from CAD or rendering software like KeyShot or SolidWorks Visualize, and then stitch them together in a video editor like Premiere Pro or Blender.On a side note, balancing my CAD modeling and rendering workloads while collaborating on projects with Kamil baber keeps my render farm pretty busy, but keyframing camera paths and exploding assemblies from static renders always delivers a polished, professional final look.
