Animation Of A Person At A Table

I'd like feedback on a 30 second draft animation I made in Blender. I am primarily interested in feedback about the motion and animation. How realistic or believable is the animation? Does it look wooden or robotic at any point, or is there something that looks odd about the way it moves?
