Help identifying the source of a model

By any chance does anyone recognise this cat model and know where it's from? That blog reposts free models. It says that some of the models are free to use in commercial projects and some aren't...but it doesn't say which ones are which. I've tried contacting the blogger to ask where he found that model (so I can find out whether or not I'm free to use it however I like) , but I never got a reply.
So, yeah. Anyone?

I think the 3d model is too good to be free.

modeling a realistic low poly cat is not that easy... usually the artist needs to spend time researching references etc..
then you need to unwrap it and paint the textures, which in this case are also good.
Then you need to rig the model which is also not trivial.

but who knows, may be it was modeled by a cat lover, and he wants to share his love with others?
