Where do I find this texture?

Does anyone know where I can find the texture for the wall facing the camera or something similar?

Also, can anyone tell what type of program was used to render the image? I'm trying to give my rendering the less-than photo realistic look that this one has. I'm sure some of this was done in photoshop.

Any insight would be great.

It looks like this is scanned from a magazine that's why it's all pixelated.
