Hi im new to 3d rendering and this forum

Started modelling with 3ds max 2010 and loving it. I have a few questions, i am busy working on a scene (attached) and i found while using 3ds max day system other inserted lights do not seem to be on, how can i fix this? Comments on my scene will be appreciated. Looking forward to learning much more from you guys.

What kind of exposure control do you use?
Did you try cranking up the intensity of other lights?
