RTT USA Inc. is looking for Training Intern
Starting Date: ASAP, duration - 6 Month Contract
Job details: Title: Training Intern
Reports to: Studio Manager
***This is an intern position with no benefits***
Summary of Position:
RTT’s internship program will expose you to many aspects of the overall studio production pipeline
over a 3-6 month period. Interns are hired on a full-time basis, paid an hourly wage, and participate
in special projects and day-to-day operations of the department. The Training Intern will support
Management to help facilitate training for the team and new hires. The intern will work with and
take direction from the Studio Manager, Resource and Operations Specialist, and HR.
Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day scheduling of training classes and events.
• Coordinate schedules for each new hire, transition, and specialty training requests.
• Track and update training requests
• Assist in preparation of instructor training materials and handouts
• Ensure training is documented (video, audio, screen capture, written documentation) and is
available for reference on the wiki or other area accessible by the team.
Requirements:
• Confident and proactive with excellent communication skills (written, verbal and
interpersonal) and feel comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the
organization.
• Well organized, highly self-motivated individuals who function well in fast-paced, frenetic
production based environments.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of office management software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) is necessary.
