RTT USA Inc. is looking for Interactive Developer
Starting Date: ASAP, duration - Full time/ Permanent
Job details: Role: Interactive Developer
Department: Fusion
Reports to: Sr. Interactive Developer
Summary of Position: responsible for supporting interactive development to deliver projects
adherent to visual and descriptive guidelines from concept through execution. The Interactive
Developer is tasked with ensuring that the work RTT delivers is driven by strategy, addresses the
needs of the client, and meets / exceeds the clients objectives as well as the companys
standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for deliverables of client assigned projects.
Develop and deploy assets/tool sets as assigned.
Support research and development in mobile/tablet technologies
Introduce new technologies and advancements that will enhance RTTs offerings
Provide technical insight to Producers as needed, like suggesting more efficient methods of
handling tasks.
Collaborate with Creative Director / Agency Creatives to develop a visual style and
interfaces that will resonate with the target audience.
Maintain open, clear communication with Producer,Creative Director & Senior Developers.
Collaborate with Producer to track project status for management.
Additional Role Functions:
Will support any interactive development needs of various internal departments including
Content Production, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing and the Chief Executive
Contributes to the development of Creative Briefs, Storyboards and Concept Work
Support concept development and execution on concurrent assignments for multiple
clients while adhering to RTTs process and workflow standards
Support Software development with beta testing and documentation
You Possess the Skills:
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in interactive development.
Knowledge of client side software development technologies (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript and
Flash/Flex (AS3) or Silverlight (C#))
Knowledge of server side software development technologies (ASP.NET+WCF or Java or
PHP) Display ability to adapt to mobile technologies
UI/UX experience a plus
Portfolio showcasing your work in the field with code samples
Self motivated individual with ability to work independently
Education / Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience
