Job details: Boutique production design agency seeks Office Coordinator.
We’re looking for the right person to join our exciting team. This is an opening for a well-organized person with great personality and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and manage day-to-day operations of office. This is the perfect entry-level position if you are interested in film, motion graphics design, postproduction, editing, writing, IT, etc…

The Office Coordinator's duties fall into several major areas: communication, purchasing and facility & equipment maintenance, running errands (must have Valid California Driver’s License & auto insurance & reliable vehicle).

Requirements: Required Skills and Experience:
Highly motivated person that enjoys helping others and works well independently or with a team.
Past experience with office management or film production coordination.
Strong aptitude for facility/office maintenance and detailed attention to work.
Good computers skills: Excel, Word, Illustrator, Photoshop
Valid California Class C Driver’s License required.
