Texture Map?

I'm trying to create a single texture map for an F-22 Model that I have made in 3ds max. Any suggestions?

Hi, I'm not very familiar with 3Ds Max but I would UV map everything first and plan out how the UVs will look and then take a snapshot of your UVs into another program like photoshop where you can start your texture map. Hope that helps you out.

Yeah. Planning UV is first what you need to do. Rest really depends on how your model is detailed. For example such little objects like screws may be on texture only or be modeled Smile

Yeah exactly, you could just make a normal map of things like screws in photoshop which would save you some time and keep your poly count down.
