Job details: Title: Producer
Department: Content Creation
Reports to: Studio Manager
Summary of Position: with the Studio Manager, Executive Producer, Resource Manager, and team leads, the Producer will assist in creating the overall strategy to produce the project. The producer will then implement and have day to day oversight of the overall project plan. Responsibilities are focused on management of the crew ensuring the team is on track and understands targeted goals.
Job Responsibilities:
„h Work closely with Resource Manager on crewing of projects.
„h Create and manage project schedule. Run scenarios and modify as necessary.
„h Maintain complete control on project schedule, budget and risk issues.
„h Manage and ensure project goals/milestones are structured, communicated, and achieved.
„h Facilitate timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget.
„h Provide Executive Producer (and clients) with regular project updates, maintain trusting relationship, identify project risks early and assist owner by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance.
„h Communicate and proactively identify project and crew issues.
„h With Executive Producers, manage and maintain Salesforce data.
„h Supervise and mentor junior staff for both project and career growth, and make staff development recommendations.
„h Thoroughly understand all project contracts.
„h Understand and identify risks early, and implement procedures for avoidance.
„h Conduct project meetings and change order/ negotiation.
Skills Necessary:
„h Advanced knowledge of computerized three-dimensional modeling fundamentals and software
„h Advanced knowledge of computer generated image process
„h High level of accuracy and precision, especially when working on estimates for larger projects (typically requiring advanced Excel charts).
„h Excellent verbal and written communication skills
„h Expert with MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
„h Strong judgment and analytical skills
„h Able to recognize opportunities for success
„h Able to build client and vendor relationships and processes
„h Ability to quickly grasp and understand newly emerging technologies, and how they impact the CGI industry
„h Engage, mentor and develop employees
„h Ability to collaborate with clients and strong desire to excel

Education / Experience Required:
