JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: 3D Visualization Specialist
Department: Virtual Prototyping
Reports to: Manager, 3D Visualization
Summary of Position: To establish 'Presales', 'Production', and 'Innovation' processes in the Royal Oak office, as well as manage specific projects for clients and their agencies. These projects require on-site visits, meetings, presentations and requirement-gathering.
Job Responsibilities:
„h Ensure client is equipped with the technology (software, hardware, etc.) required to do their job effectively.
„h Assisting clients with visualization design projects as timing requires.
„h Provide technical insight to clients as needed, such as suggesting more efficient methods of handling a certain task.
„h Establish meetings, conduct meetings/presentations, and provide customized training for internal and external clients.
„h Provide status reports to Team Lead.
„h Assist management with all RealTime / DeltaGen questions.
„h Assist Sales Team in presales activities along with allocating hardware and software for sales presentations.
„h Maintain open and clear communication with Team Lead.
Skills Necessary:
„h Visualization skills at a high level of accuracy and precision
„h Excellent verbal and written communication skills
„h Ability to collaborate with clients and strong desire to excel
„h Proven pro-active team player
„h Self motivated with ability to prioritize and attention to detail
„h Excellent presentation skills and polished/professional demeanor
„h Ability to react and respond quickly to the needs of management and clients
„h Take directions from others
Education / Experience Required:
„h Bachelors Degree in media technology, media design or industrial design
„h Minimum 1 ¡V 3 years experience
