SOFA Studio is looking for Production Supervisor
Job details: SOFA Studio is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team for the new animated feature film.
Essential Job Functions:
-The Production Supervisor is responsible for the technical evaluations of new projects and generating quota reports for the PM/Producer.
-Help department heads arrange job assignments and supervise the schedule and quality of the work.
-Must analyze the requirements of each project and collaborate with the TDs/programmers to develop an appropriate pipeline for production.
-Responsible for overseeing the progress of each project, whether it is hiring new employees, or establishing training programs for current workers to complete the projects more efficiently.
-When the work is outsourced to other studios, the Production Supervisor is to provide technical support and evaluate the capability of these studios.
-Self-managing ¡X organized with good time management. Must be able to identify and meet goals
Requirements: REQUIREMENTS:
-5+ years of related experience and experience as a production supervisor on Animated Feature Films or Animation TV series
-Full knowledge of Maya
-Strong communication skills and personnel management skills
-Prior work experience in a CG environment at a supervisor level
-Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a positive, pro-active manner while interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
-Bachelor¡¦s degree in Computer Graphics or Fine Arts
-Production scheduling and budgeting experience.
-skills in word processing software such as MS Office
-Experience working with software developers
-Able to work both collaborative and independently.
