University of Wales vs NYU

Hi, if anyone has experience with or has an opinion about these 2 schools - Uńiversity of Wales in Newport and NYU Tisch Asia in Singapore, please share with me. Got accepted for animation Master's program and trying to decide between the 2. University of Wales has been mentioned in 3D World magazine and good student work comes out of there, the program in Singapore on the other hand is relatively new, yet I don't want to dismiss it just because of that. Any advice? Thank you.
