Cinema 4D Refraction through transparency rendering

I'm a pretty new user of 3D computer graphics and am using Cinema 4d to create some videos for an event of mine on Friday.

I'm working on a scene with a reflective floor and glasses, but when I render the floor's reflection doesn't take into account what is behind the glasses' lenses. I've went through various render settings to no avail. Any idea what I'm missing here?
