Hi all,
I am not a 3D artist, but am looking for 3D software that can (besides modelling etc) do three things.
It has to be able to automatically hollow out objects - if I have cube 2 x 2 x 2 the software hollows it out and leaves all the sides 3mm thick.
It has to calculate the cubic centimeter of any object
It (if at all possible) has to be able to read text from a list (Excel, csv) and create objects depending on the information in that list; if the first name in the list is Graham, it creates and saves an object "Graham", the second name is Doug, it creates and saves an object "Doug".
I realise that these features may have to be specially programmed, but is there a software package that either has or would allow one to add these features?
