March Entertainment is looking for Maya VFX Artists
Starting Date: ASAP, duration - 6 to 7 months
Job details: March Entertainment is looking for skilled Lighters and Compositors to help with our eagerly awaited CGI production Mia and Me.
There are 5-6 positions available, beginning in February through April and running through to mid-August, 2011.
Requirements: We are looking for people with TV animation experience who understand the fast-paced nature of the industry and the demands of production scheduling. You must have the creative skills to work with and support feature-quality footage. We need team players who can successfully follow art direction and technical instructions, while being capable of working independently and managing their own time.
Knowledge of Maya and Nuke is required. Knowledge of 3Delight or other RenderMan-compliant renderers is an asset, as is Python and Maya MEL scripting.
All candidates must be Ontario residents and eligible to work in Canada.
Location: Our studio is located in downtown Toronto’s entertainment district.
