Spark Productions is looking for Motion Graphics Designer/Animator
Job details: We are an award-winning communications boutique specializing in creating media content for events, retail and entertainment environments, digital signage, and installations. Our studio is friendly and focused and we are dedicated to providing great design solutions and excellent service.
We are seeking a Freelance Motion Graphics Designer/Animator to work with our production team. You must have at least 5 years of solid experience working in a professional, client driven environment, designing and creating broadcast quality motion graphics for both standard and unusual screen sizes and shapes. You must possess a sophisticated, contemporary design sense, and be able to interface well with clients and the production team. You must understand the art of telling a story and conveying a message by combining motion graphics, video, and music within budgetary and schedule parameters. You must be an expert in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design. Cinema 4D and/or Maya skills are a plus.
Partial List of Responsibilities Include:
-Pre-production planning and scheduling
-Designing presentations and installation graphics based on interpreting scripts, current design trends and client goals
-Designing and animating sophisticated multi-layered graphics
-Participating in input sessions, presentations, and client reviews
-Collaborating with the Creative Director and production team
-Overseeing team of animators on large projects
-Technical duties include job archiving, and working with complex technical specifications
