Rhythm and Hues is looking for Digital Production Coordinator
Job details: Position Summary
The production coordinator is responsible for facilitating a smooth flow of communication and production critical information amongst the digital artists and the supervisors in our Kuala Lumpur facility. The goal is to help our production team produce the highest quality digital effects in the most efficient manner possible.
Responsibilities
1) Create detailed schedules with short term, mid term and long term deadlines and communicate them.
2) Write daily status reports to facilitate communication amongst all team members.
3) Work closely with the digital artists to ensure that productions remain on schedule.
4) Take notes at production meetings and shot reviews and distribute to all.
5) Communicate with our Los Angeles facility to co-ordinate the arrival and delivery of visual effects shots.
6) Identify resource conflicts and follow through on the issues until resolution.
7) Maintain production and show specific webpages on our Intranet with details of current work status.
Requirements: Personal Attributes
1) Highly organized person.
2) Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
3) Must have a positive \"can do\" attitude.
4) Strong office computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
5) Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.
6) Experience working in a production facility a plus.
