Doing a forest. the trees are already modeled, now i need to model blood veins around the trees and branches. As in big veins splinting into smaller and smaller veins. Any ideas how to do this? Cause just normal modeling is going to take the rest of the year!

What software do you use for modeling?
I would create some splines around tree brances and extrude along them.

Why not sculpt them with zbrush or mudbox ?
