3ds Max: Sliding Bones

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to make a bone setup that uses HI IK and has Sliding Bones.

I have been working on theis Motor bike and I'm tring to come up with a good way to partially automate the movement of the front suspension.

One of my workmates suggested using the digimation plugin "Glide", if anyone has another good setup method for this it would be appreciated.
