Actually I did the animation and the modeling part... the texture if I remember correctly was done by our texture artist John.
The model has only 1871 triangles.

Nice modeling, nice textures, animation is pretty solid though his waste looks sorta odd...it almost looks as if the belt is moving on its own, separate from the hip/leg movements. He has ups and downs...though the weight seems absent..make him walk like a heavy set orc?
