Job details: Senior Producer ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own team-wide production planning, systems, and communication
Work with the leadership team (Development Director, Art Director, Audio Director, Lead Designer and Producers) to create an organizational structure and processes that allow the team to efficiently produce high quality work on time and on budget
Build highly effective relationships with internal and external organizations (Licensor, Publisher, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.)
Work with the Executive Producer to develop and communicate a comprehensive product business plan
Liaise with marketing contacts and co-ordinate all marketing and PR issues
Understand and communicate issues facing various types of game play, artistic and technical considerations, and the ability to forecast the ramifications of decisions made during the concept/pre-production phase
Passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment/culture
Manage and mentor production staff
Own project staffing & hiring. Recruit the best industry talent
Manage integration of game with Perpetual MMOG platform technologies, working in close collaboration with the companys Operations and Game Services departments
Ensure a highly successful launch and effective post launch maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience managing senior contributors and large teams to deliver AAA product
Minimum 5 years industry leadership experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively and professionally present information and respond to questions from management, development partners, and employees
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
MMO market experience and enthusiasm
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a development manager/contributor to MMOs
Star Trek familiarity and affinity
