Pixion is looking for Sr.CGI Supervisor
Starting Date: July.2006 , duration - 1 year
Job details: Pixion is seeking an experienced CG Supervisor to facilitate a team of technical artists with streamlined production technology for TVCs and Feature Film projects.
We are looking for a highly qualified and creative individual to maintain and enhance our current CG pipeline. Responsibilities would require both, planning & working with the artists and the creative teams to provide strategic technical assistance, and solutions in a timely manner with a high level of quality. The CG Supervisor is responsible for researching and improving the set pipeline. This entails developing and implementing new techniques. You will have to anticipate potential problems and provide logistical solutions for the same.
Requirements: 1. Minimum 6-10 years of experience as a CG Supervisor in a post-production environment (min 5-6 years of film CGI experience)
2. Excellent understanding of art, design and the post-production processes.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both Artists and Clients.
4. Experienced animation & rigging skills with ability to build scripts to streamline processes, also good modeling and texturing skills.
5. Proficiency with a variety of both Compositing and 3D software packages.
6. Supervisory experience and ability to work diplomatically within a team.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivated and an independent worker with positive professional attitude.
8. Willing to relocate.
