Job details: Game Director RESPONSIBILITY

Develop, maintain and communicate Game Vision & Direction
Drive design and implementation of features
Proactively develop the relationship with Publishers
Coach and develop junior game designers
Maintenance of industry & tools awareness


QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of video game design experience at least one project in a lead role
Post-secondary degree / diploma in Communications, Game Design or equivalent preferable


REQUIRED SKILLS

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to conceptualize on a high level
Highly organized and self-motivated
Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
Works well within a team environment
