One underrated step when working with a 3d video animation company is storyboarding. Most people want to skip it to save time, but that rough sketch phase actually saved me tons of money and revisions. It helped visualize the pacing, camera angles, and transitions early on. I used to think storyboards were just for big-budget studios, but even for small projects, they’re gold. Trust me, don’t underestimate it.
