3D Modeling Services - Hiring/Commissioning

Sorry for the newb question, but is there a place to go to hire someone to make small one-time parts that is affordable? In my case, I have a marble bull statue (approx. 12" long), but the horns have broken off. I've tried looking for bronze/brass statues to see if I could simple cut them off and attach them (would look great I think), but they get to be pretty expensive for what I'm trying to salvage. I was wondering whether the model(s) exist, and how much it would cost to have a set of Spanish bullfighting horns made (I'm guessing 1.25" in length).

The rates for 3D modeling and 3D rendering with a focus on mechanical design are very similar to those for product design. For 3D modeling work, you'll be in the neighborhood of $50 per hour or more. 3D rendering for a mechanical design project is at least $100 per hour but may run closer to $200 per hour+-. have a good day
