All programs are wonderful but you need to find the one you feel comfortable with. They all have their problems so it helps to use the one that fits you the best.

you aren't going to be an instant success overnight. It takes time to learn how to draw, to learn to use 3ds max, learn story telling skills, ect.

acting is everything in animation. To be an animator, you also have to be an actor. Something I try to work on everytime I start a new project.
