1. Create a shared folder in which all the textures will be placed.

There should be some setings that let you manage the memory used during raytracing.
What renderer do you use? Mental ray or something else?

The UV mapping for grass and stone should be adjusted.
Also some basic light setup will greatly improve it.

Guys before promising any kind of 3d modeling it is a good idea to show what you can do. :\
Any project has a deadline and a quality requirement - without work examples words are just words.
