For me, this image is sad. I don't know why. Maybe because in my point of view, an empty chair is an emptiness in our heart. Specifically, a person missing, permanently missing. This comes to my mind because I just lost my Grandfather and he usually have his own chair for reading newspaper and chilling, looking at his grandchildren play. But now, his chair remains empty, and even if it hurts a lot, I think we should accept that it would be forever empty. Just want to share this feeling, because your artwork really struck me.
