hi anyone please help me. i want to know what software is used when you make simulation of instruction. for example the safety precautions for an airline. if you have seen the animation of the safety instruction on emergency. that's what i want to make. please anyone help. thanks

It could be any animation software. It is difficult to judge by the animation what software was used to create it.
