  1. Use detailed subjects. Subjects like "Please help" or "3d modeling question" are not useful. Write specifically what you want to know or what kind of help you need, also specify the software you use in the subject.
  2. SPAM is Not allowed on 3dmd Forums. If your message is identified as spam your account will be deleted with all your postings so don't lose time.
  3. Do not post the same message in different forums this is considered spam and may lead to your account deletion. Instead choose the forum that best suits your topic and post there.
  4. Use the search before posting a question. Many questions have been already answered. If the answer you found lacks some details it is better to reply to that topic and ask for more details instead of creating a new topic.

MAX is pretty much industry standard for games. Maya is great, but it is mostly used for high poly modeling for film.

None of these is super easy. I heard that C4D is very intuitive so maybe try with that. Personally I feel most comfortable with max.

Thanks for checking out my question

I am programming games and my game engine supports these 3d designing programs

Maya .mb & .ma1
3D Studio Max .max1
Cheetah 3D .jas1
Cinema 4D .c4d1 2
Blender .blend1
Carrara1
Lightwave1
XSI 5.x1

any recommendations based on the fact I am new to computer 3d design and want something easy to use (draw 3d creations) and get up and drawing fast without spending hours trying to figure the program out?

Appreciate your help thanks
