first your going to need investors so you can get the right software an computers ( you can be using blender if u want to go pro) your going to need a team of skilled and enthusiastic people. Even as skilled as you. It may take a lot of work to get your first contract but you can do it.

What kind of equipment, software and manpower would I need to start my own 3D conversion company? If anyone has any information and can give me some advice, it would be greatly appreciated and I am willing to compensate if anyone can get me any contacts in the 3D industry.
