Workstation not performing well

am ratheeshkrishna i assembled this system for 3D ANIMATION rendering
But this machine performance is very low like i3

CABINET COOLER MASTER 690 II ADVANCE NVIDIA
SMPS COOLER MASTER SILENT PRO 1000 WATTS
CPU FAN THERMAL TAKE
