Nice details.
One thing though, it looks like it has no back muscles.
I understand that this is a fiction character but still looking at its trapezius I expect to see it's continuation bellow the shoulders but there is nothing, if you understand what I mean.

This is very nice and really has potential. The monster is very muscular but I do agree with the issue about it's back muscles. I like it though. Especially the hair. It looks scary and horrifying.
