Hey,

Can anyone give me advice on what the best type of monitor would be to do my 3D modelling work? In terms of the best size/resolution/response time etc.....?

Thanks for any advice!

Hello there Soapstar, I suggest, if you want the best quality, high definition display of your monitor, consider buying the best video cards.

Normally, you will need a large monitor, but your video card should be really good also. Try nVidia GEFORCE GTX 570 at least 1GB, that will do. I prefer nVidia than ATI, just a suggestion. Smile

If you are going to do rendering you need a monitor with an IPS matrix.
As Geoff wrote 24" or 30" is the way to go if you are serious about 3d.
