SSAF is a competitive animation film festival inviting entries from Animation Short Film makers from all over the world. It is the first time that India will witness an animation festival on such a large scale. The festival will travel to 5 Indian cities before crossing over to International borders. The 1st SSAF is as much a competition as it is an Artists Collective as it is a unique opportunity to bring together Animation Filmmakers, Enthusiasts, and Audience and Business Community under one Roof.

At SSAF we are not just looking for talented animators but also good storytellers. So, it’s not just the technique but also the content which will get you brownie points. It’s the real deal!!! So come one... come all – bring your films, dynamic and diverse, pure and hybrid, celluloid, tape and digital. Synthesis is what it's about.
