I have a 3d mesh from a 3d scanner, I want to place a photograph in .bmp or.jpg onto the mesh in the correct place at the correct scale - can anyone reccomend any software to do this - I dont need to do any other operations other than export in a format like vrml with the texture attached - so I am after some simple fast and easy software rather than a full blown modelling and anim package that I need to spend days learning - any suggestions greatfully received |

Just insert it in any modeling application and texture it. It is quite easy. There are a lot of tutorials out there too. |
