Hey Pal,
Now animation studio Laika, the group who did last year’s eye-popping Coraline, has announced that they’re bailing out of computer-animated features altogether. From this we can say that now it’s time for stop motion not the older computer animation with pencil and clay. What u say? |

Maybe they just found it cheaper or more interesting to use stop motion for what they do. 3d animation on other hand is very well used by other companies like Pixar and Dreamworks... _________________ Andyba, 3d artist skills: 3d modeling, texturing, rendering, 3d character animation, compositing 3d software experience: 3ds max, Maya, Softimage XSI, Deep Paint 3d, Body Paint 3D, Wings 3D, Z Brush 2d software experience: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After effects, Macromedia Flash, Freehand |
