I am rather new to this. What's the best way to go about obtaining such a model? Does anyone know where such a model could be obtained?

Skull interior? If you need some kind of medical grade 3d model with accurate details based on medical data then I don't know where you can find one, try Zygote - but it should be quite expensive. Not many 3d artists know how a skull interior looks like... I don't know for an instance and I have modeled some skulls in my life. Smile
