My name is John and I am looking to hire a very skilled 3D artist who can make animated 3D cartoon characters, is VERY skilled in After Effects, and can cut TV spots to a voice-over using graphics & animated characters...
Must how to understand that making these extremely funny is a critical piece of this puzzle...
I can give the right candidate a new set of spots to create every 30-45 days...
Each set needs a :30 and also cut down to :15 and :10...
