Anyone used both of these renders what do you have to say?
Which is better? Which provides faster results? What renderer is easier to set up and work with? Reliability, options and so on. _________________ Andyba, 3d artist skills: 3d modeling, texturing, rendering, 3d character animation, compositing 3d software experience: 3ds max, Maya, Softimage XSI, Deep Paint 3d, Body Paint 3D, Wings 3D, Z Brush 2d software experience: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After effects, Macromedia Flash, Freehand |

I've been using vray for years but Randomcrontrol wich developed Fryrender also did Arion for real time renders. This is way different due it render with GPU cores using nvidia CUDA technology and its very fast!.
I've an nvidia m8600gt on my laptop with 32 cuda cores and works amazing. BTW new GTX480 has 480 cores!! |
