hi,

I have to prepare an animation of a 3D text falling down rotating as a leaf.

I was thinking to import a picture of the text into blender and animate it using some rendering engine such as ogre3D or Panda.

But I'm not very expert and I would like to have some tip how to do it.

What do you need this animation for? Why do you think that default Blender render is not enough for this? You can animate the text in Blender and render it there as well.

Yes but you will have to animate it manually... Create all key-frames and so on.

Hi,
I have to prepare some dates falling down in a dish, these dates have to enbg or flinch a little bit to inside when colliding with the dish.I tried to make the date as lattice, then i gave it a soft body feature, finally i added a spring to it and with few changes in attributes i got to my target but when i duplicated my date. the new date didn't fall or move at all, i even tried to make a new date from zero as the first one but this also didn't worked.I hope someone could help me.
