I have a model animated and it has wierd problems with the biped or something it has both skeleton and biped please help me

What did you use to skin the model? Skin modifier or physique?

Anyway you have to correct the weights of the vertices applied to bones. The 3d model hands should have vertices assigned to the hand bones, your vertices are either not assigned or are assigned to the wrong bones.
