It is a very good start.
Can you show some wirframe?

imho the position of eyes looks a bit weird..

Nice start!
Still much to be done though.
The hair needs to be more detailed and also the shirt.
It looks so flat.

Hm .... She's clothes , its seems you are just textured the body .
3 way to fix it :

1 Modelling a clothes too .

2 Extrude the faces of clothes and add turbo smooth to that area .

3 Select the Faces of the clothes , disconnect it from the object [ Women body] , add Shell and turbo smooth .

Otherwise good job .

@The_GodfatherSJP MakeHuman is a freeware software program used for modeling the human body. You could call it the freeware version of poser.

Try making her "clothing" fit like it would normally. It will help you make her in better proportions
