You can use blender it is free and has a mac version.
But for posing 3d models you have to rig them first.
Which requires some knowledge and skills.

In the bottom of the advanced reply screen you will see an option to upload an image from your computer.	Confirmation code: Enter the code exactly as you see it. The code is case sensitive and zero has a diagonal line through it.
