Day One Search is looking for Special Effects Artist - Ambitious Next Gen Title

Job details: An ambitious London-based Studio, working exclusively on original IP for Next Gen platforms, is looking to push the boundaries of visual effects for its next title.
They are looking to hire a talented FX artist who is able to deliver compelling visual effects content for a highly anticipated FPS title ? where particle effects, explosions, fire effects, weather effects and environment destruction and more will feature heavily.
Previous experience in Games or Post Production (TV or Film) is sought ? but an exceptional and relevant portfolio is most important and you will need to demonstrate the ability to deliver innovative visual effects and preferably show an understanding of techniques such as shaders, normal mapping, lighting effects and particle effects.
In return for your expertise and commitment, you can expect a great package and working environment, balanced working hours and an attractive London location.
