Amaze Entertainment is looking for Level Designer
duration - Full Time

Job details: Level Designer (Full-time or contract)
Responsibilities:
Design and build levels using proprietary Maya-based toolset.
Work closely with Lead Designer, environment artists and game play coders to create innovative action and combat experiences.
Write script to manage game events (LUA script experience highly desirable).
Actively seek review and input from team members.
Organize your workflow to stay on schedule .

Requirements:
Level design experience on at least two major action/adventure titles.
Strong 3D level building and scripting skills.
Solid familiarity with Maya and plug-ins / editing tools.
Experience working with artists, coders and other designers in a highly collaborative environment.
Team-oriented approach to game development.
Passion for video games and broad knowledge of titles and mechanics.
Ability to provide schedule estimates and hit dates.
