We are seeking talented and ambitious people to join our award winning teams and our London Studio based in the buzzing and vibrant town of Kingston, 15 minutes from Central London has an exceptional opportunity for a Lead Artist to work on stunning new AAA fantasy action title.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
To manage your art team effectively and in a timely fashion.
The ability to find creative solutions when troubleshooting and assessing risks.
A good understanding of cutting edge artistic techniques and tools and the ability to implement them into current practical practices
Ability to consult with leads, producers, designers to develop the look and feel of the game.
Accurately render and animate realistic and fantasy elements in line with the overall game concept and physical principles.
Able to demonstrate a high level of creativity and understanding of modelling, animation, texturing, lighting and particles.
Demonstrate high production values that are maintained within established art parameters.
A motivated team-leader with attention to detail and respect for deadlines & budgets, Task driven with excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise your work as well as team members beneath you.
Creativity in generating new visual styles, quality and directions.

Skills/Technical Ability:
At least 3 years of experience as a 3D artist on console titles with at least 2 shipped titles and one as a Lead. Experience in working on handheld projects is also of interest.
2-3 years experience developing and implementing solid art production pathways.
At least 3 years experience with Maya, Photoshop, and other 3D/2D art applications
Has experience mentor and tutoring junior artists
