Capilano Canadian Institute of Higher Education is looking for Classical Animation Instructor
Starting Date: October, 2006 , duration - 9 months (two terms)

Job details: Teaching traditional, commercial animation skills (2D) to animation students in an English-speaking environment at a major university in northeastern China. The successful candidate will work with other English-speaking Animation and ESL instructors to prepare students for work in the Chinese animation industry. A furnished apartment on campus is provided, as is round trip airfare.
Requirements: Diploma in Animation, industry experience as an animator or animation designer, strong drawing and design skills, teaching experience an asset, understanding and respect towards foreign customs and culture, ability to work as a committed team player with other instructors and Chinese colleagues, a passion for working with individuals for whom English is not a first language.
