Job details: My client, based in Belgium is looking to hire an Art Department Manager.

Applicants will be expected to have:
Knowledge of next-gen game asset creation techniques (normal maps & advanced shading)
Experience as a team leader
The desire to focus on the art department management - work assignment, work tracking, reporting, quality validation, interface with the art director and designers etc
Technical knowledge and knowing the basics of graphic programming is a strong advantage.
